Portfolio Re-design 2

I decided to practice my design and coding skills by creating re-designs of my portfolio website from scratch. In the process, I hoped to experiment with different web design techniques and ideas. Since conveying the design was my main focus, I focused developing the landing page, rather than creating all project pages. This page experiments with a different type of layout--limiting the size of each section to the window size. It also plays with draggable elements (the projects), background scroll effects, and bold colors.
